June-August Crop: Mild and Yellow with sweet undertones reflecting our orchard blossoms and summer multifloral presence.

September Crop: Rich, Robust yet sweet and velvety. Darker in color, influenced by butterfly bushes, clover, lavender, and sunflowers. Wading River preserve provides endless propolis and tree resin for the health of the hives.
