At Honey & Hives, every jar tells a story — one that began generations ago. My love for bees started in childhood, inspired by my grandfather, a master beekeeper in Europe. He passed down not just his skills, but a deep respect for the bees and the way they connect us to nature. For more than 40 years, honeybees have been a part of my life — teaching patience, care, and the sweetness of working in harmony with the natural world.

Today, our hives in Wading River, NY continue that legacy. Tended with respect for the seasons and blossoms of Long Island, our bees create small-batch honey that is raw, pure, and filled with the character of our local flowers.
