Return Policy

At Honey & Hives, we take great care to ensure every jar of honey and hive product leaves our apiary in perfect condition. Because our products are food items and perishable by nature, all sales are final.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on honey, honeycomb, or any other consumable product.

Once a product leaves our facility, we are unable to resell it, even if unopened.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand by the quality of our honey. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
