Fall Harvest Honey with Comb – 16 oz
Straight from our hives on Long Island, NY, this is honey the way the bees made it. Each 16 oz glass jar holds our pure, fresh honey with a generous piece of fall honeycomb added by hand.
Our late fall harvest captures the last big bloom of the season. Here in zone 7, the bees forage on goldenrod, wild asters, Japanese knotweed, and late-blooming clover. The result is a deep amber honey with a rich, bold flavor and a gentle warm, spicy finish. The comb adds even more: a chewy, waxy texture and layered flavor you won't find in ordinary honey.
What makes it special:
Pure, unfiltered, and never heated, so every bit of natural character stays in the jar
Fall honeycomb added to every jar
Packed in glass and never stored in plastic
Pressure-sealed lid for freshness
Small batch, hand-extracted, and harvested locally on Long Island, NY
Limited quantities available. Each harvest is small, and once this season's jars are gone, they're gone until next fall. It's a small price for incredible flavor.
Enjoy it drizzled on cheese boards, warm bread, oatmeal, or yogurt, or simply cut a piece of comb and eat it as is.
Note: Pure honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially fall honey rich in goldenrod. This is a sign that it hasn't been heated or processed. To return it to liquid, set the jar in warm (not hot) water.
